From 230hp – 387hp from a 2.0 TFSI

DK Tuning worked on this FULL STAGE 3 Volkswagen Golf MK5 ED30 recently. The car came to us with a number of faults. The biggest of these was a HUGE boost leak from the intake system and intercooler hose. After a smoke test we resolved these by fitting a new induction kit and tightening the intercooler boost hose.

Once this was done it was time for the dyno and file calibration done by Performance Torque – Tuning Specialists. At the end of a session of file tweeks and live dyno development, power output was 387bhp and just under 400ibs/ft torque! In a small car this power is INSANE!
