The Renault Koleos is a compact SUV which was first presented as a concept car at the Geneva Motorshow in 2000, and then again in 2006 at the Mondial de l’Automobile in Paris. The Koleos was designed by Renault and developed by Nissan.
It is manufactured by Renault Samsung Motors, a subsidiary of Renault, at its Busan plant in South Korea and the South Korean-market variant is sold as the Renault Samsung QM5. A facelifted version of the Koleos is available as of 2011.
